- This project is a total HubZone Set Aside. To be considered you must be a registered HubZone firm.<><> The Tongass NF is considering soliciting an RFQ for the Big Lake Wildlife pre-commercial thinning (PCT). The project area is located on Prince of Wales Island, Southeast Alaska. The project area is accessible via road approximately 20 miles north of Thorne Bay in the Ratz Harbor/Big Lake area. The performance period is 75 days. The approximate acres are 272. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps website on or about June 30, 2006 for viewing and printing. Potential offerors are requested to obtain the solicitation from the Internet if at all possible. Alternatively, a hard copy of the solicitation documents may be requested via fax at 907.228.6254. Fax requests should reference solicitation RFQ-AG-0116-S-06-0044. Telephone requests will not be honored. Offers will be due approximately 20 calendar days after the solicitation issue date.<> <> AUTOMATIC NOTIFICATION: By registering to receive notification on posted synopses, you will be automatically notified via email of any changes to the project.
