- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NGA intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210 with a small business size standard of $21M. The solicitation number for this requirement is Request for Quote (RFP) HM1653-06-T-0018. IMPORTANT: To be considered for award all offerors must submit written documentation showing that the offerer is authorized by the OEM, Overwatch, to provide all items required per this solicitation. Offeror may propose reactivation fee/upgrade/renewal fee as required for those items with a period of performance date that has already passed.
