- Description
- Defense Commissary Agency requests offers to furnish Grocery Carts (powder-coated, carryout and motorized handicap carts) to be delivered to various Defense Commissary Agency commissaries. This acquisition will be awarded as a Requirements Type contract with a base and 3 one-year options. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about June 28, 2006 as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Only written requests will be honored (email acceptable) and MUST contain the following information: solicitation number, requestor's name and address, telephone number, email address, business size, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code. By submission of a proposal, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this RFP.
