- LEASED SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in Southern New Jersey REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is seeking to lease 1,439 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet for use by Tenant for office space. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submissions by other than owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner or manager of a property granting permission to make a general offering of the space. LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the area bounded by Route 70 and Route 295 to Delaware River, Delaware River to Route 322, Route 322 to Route 55 and, Route 55 to Route 70/Route 295. : LEASE TERM: Ten years, five years firm. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST shall be submitted by June 30, 2006 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available square feet and rent rate per square foot 3. Owner?s name and address and written statement from owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
