The time of the meeting remains 1:30p.m. CST and the location remains the J.J. Pickle Federal Building at 300 E. Eighth Street in Austin, TX. The procurement method for this project will be changed from a two-stage phase to a one-stage phase procurement. The revised Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or about June 30, 2006.
