- Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) 6FLS-K2-062850-I for FSC 8010, Polyurethane Coating, covering 19 items in the 8010. The BPA period will be 9/1/2006, or date of award though 8/31/2011 (or 5 years). The National Stock Numbers are in accordance with Brand Name Part Numbers and Federal Standards. Delivery will be FOB Origin and the government is requesting a 20 day delivery. If the vendor can not offer a 20 day delivery, the vendor may state their required delivery time. Please note; any delivery specified as longer than 20 days, ?may? be considered during evaluation for awards and ?may? affect the out come of the award - the Government?s intent is to give our customers the very best delivery, with the very best quality at the very best price. Quantity price breaks are included and award will be made in the aggregate for the quantity breakdowns shown for each item. The low aggregate offeror will be determined by the averaged unit price. In order to qualify for an award on an item, prices must be submitted on each quantity breakdown shown for the item. Maximum Per-Order Limit will be set at $99,000.00, with a minimum order of $15.00. This BPA is full and open competition, the complete BPA package is available as an attachment to this announcement. Interested parties will be responsible for downloading the BPA and returning it to the specified address listed on the BPA.
