- Description
- FISC Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division intends to place a contract for the provision of mobile learning degree programs for military personnel pursuing education opportunities while ashore, at sea, or deployed to remote locations - via Distance Learning. A cost type contract is anticipated. The contract shall be negotiated on a sole source basis with the University of West Florida under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. A delivery period of 20 months is anticipated. Numbered Notes 22 and 26 apply.
