- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Philadelphia Division Contracting Department intends to acquire Information Technology services in support of the production and service of the Navy Personnel Command Center for Career Development (CCD), Customer Service Center (CSC) in Millington, TN. A summary of the production and services support includes: Develop, document, implement and maintain processes and procedures for daily operations of the CSC; provide accurate and timely response to all telephone calls, voice mail, email, fax, and web-based inquiries; process selection board packages; input Perform to Serve (PTS) applications into the PTS database and assist NPC with the daily operations of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) section of the CSC. It is intended that the solicitation will be set-aside for exclusive participation by Small Businesses. The resultant solicitation shall include a one-year base period of performance, and contain provisions for four (4) additional, consecutive, twelve (12) month option periods. It is anticipated that a time and material type contract will be awarded as a result of the solicitation. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the RFP. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard are 541513 and $23,000,000.00, respectively. The solicitation will be made available electronically, upon its release, which is anticipated on or about 27 June 2006, at the NECO web address: www.neco.navy.mil.
