- Description
- The FISC Norfolk Contracting Dept., Philadelphia Div. intends to issue a Request for Quotation and negotiate a sole source purchase order with the Council for Occupational Education for the acquisition of educational services in support of the accreditation of Navy schools under the command of the Naval Personnel Development Center (NPDC) located in Norfolk, VA. These services will commence on approx. 1 July 2006 and end on 30 June 2007. The RFQ is for commercial services for which the Navy intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (Council for Occupational Education, 41 Perimeter Center East, Atlanta, GA, as they are the only known National Accrediting Agency that performs national accreditation on the specific military technical training schools required for NPDC.
