- Description
- Systems Development Branch, Code 7320, of the Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCCD) is responsible for the development and acquisition of components for the Submarine Surveillance Equipment Program Acoustic Analysis System (SAAS). In support of this effort, NSWCCD intends to negotiate a non-competitive procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award a firm-fixed price purchase order to Augmentix Corporation. In previous purchases, Augmentix Corporation has provided the servers; therefore, purchasing from Augmentix Corporation will ensure that the equipment/parts can be interchanged without loss of functionality. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties may forward their capabilities statements to the Government POC on or before 7/06/2006.
