- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division intends to negotiate a non-competitive procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award a firm-fixed price purchase order to Instruments Inc. The contractor is to furnish two each of MODEL L-6X-P Amplifiers. The amplifiers are to be used as part of the TDAPS System. These amplifiers are direct replacements for the ones in use in the fleet. All responsible sources submitting offers will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties may forward their capabilities statements to the Government POC on or before 6/26/2006.
