MARKET RESEARCH QUESTIONNAIRE NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SOUTHEAST DIVISION RESIDENT OFFICER IN CHARGE OF CONSTRUCTION OFFICE (ROICC), NAVAL AIR STATION JOINT RESERVE BASE FORT WORTH TEXAS 1. Market Research is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10 and 12 to determine if sources are available to meet the Government??s needs for surface preparation, painting; and incidental related repairs and alteration by means of indefinite quantity facilities support construction contract for a base year and (4) four options deemed necessary to complete all work satisfactorily services at various locations within the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, TX. 2.
