- Fabricate and Install Steel Racks/ Removals in Injector Cooling Room. Note: The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry, CCR, and be in an active status to receive award. The complete statement of work can be viewed by logging on to the MSC Webpage at www.procurement.msc.navy.mil When submitting your quote please give a breakdown showing cost of labor, number of man-hours proposed, labor rate, material cost, and any other applicable cost that make up your total bid.
