Description: Grand Teton National Park intends to award a Best Value Firm Fixed Price Contract for the construction of approximately 2800' of water line at Colter Bay Village, approximately 50 miles north of Jackson, Wyoming. The work also includes associated valves, pump-outs, service lines, and fire hydrants. The new water main will be installed in an asphalt parking area, so the project also includes new base coarse and paving. The expected period of performance is September 1- November 1, 2006.
