- This solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on June 15, 2006. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: 100% Set-aside for Small Business. The National Park Service encourages the participation of disadvantaged and women-owned business enterprises. The National Park Service, Channel Islands National Park has a requirement for Biodiesel to 1) be supplied and 2) stored and then dispensed into park vessels. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise to perform all operations required for successful completion of this requirement. All responsive, responsible offers will be considered for evaluation. Responses are due by June 30, 2006. NAICS Code: 324110 and the Small Business Size Standard is no more than 1,500 employees. In order to download a copy of the solicitation, vendors will be asked to register their company with the electronic website. Be prepared with your company's DUNS number, available from Dun and Bradstreet at 1-888-546-0024, and your Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN). All vendors should register by logging onto the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) at the internet site http://www.ccr.gov. Responses from bidders will be accepted at the address listed in the solicitation in hard copy with the manual signature of the authorized company official. Facsimile offers shall NOT be accepted. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
