- The work consists of Embankment construction, turfing, placement of stone protection and geotextile, access channel construction and repair of drop-outlet structure. The estimated completion time is 365 calendar days. Solicitation issue date is 30 June 2006. Solicitation open date is 01 August 2006 @ 2:00 p.m. in Room #175. The estimated cost range for this project is between $10,000,000 - $25,000,000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 23 7990. The Small Business Size Standard is $31.0 and will be advertised, UNRESTRICTED. Plans and specifications will not be available in paper format or on compact disc.
