Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The solicitation number is FA5000-06-T-0065. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20060519. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to perform all the requirements contained in the Statement Of Work (SON), dated 31 May 2006. Work consists of but is not limited to: One-time cleaning of Denali Hall to include all dorm rooms, bathrooms, laundry rooms, storage rooms, hallways, stairwells and appliances. Shampoo all carpeted areas. See Statement of Work. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated based on price and past performance. Each offeror shall comply with the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Commercial Items by going to http://orca.bpn.gov. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
