- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The purchase request number is F2VTJ56130A100. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 332311, Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing, the size standard of which is 500 employees (Not to exceed). DESCRIPTION: Build-it-yourself steel enclosure. REQUIREMENTS: (1 ea) Steel Enclosure Building. FACILITY REQUIREMENTS: 1. ?Build-it-Yourself kit? ? Must be considered portable to allow for future relocation. 2. Hurricane rated to withstand a minimum of 120mph winds. Must have an anchoring system included. 3. ?Arch-style? or ?Quonset Hut? style of building. SIZE: Dimensions are: 27?w x 100?l x 20?h (to accommodate 4 ea. Aircraft pallets, 8? x 9? each.) DOORS: 1 each overhead rollup door at each end of the facility not less than 12?w x 12?h; 1 each personnel door at each end of the facility. OPTIONS: (PLEASE LIST SEPARATELY) Insulation Kit, if available; lighting kit; electrical distribution system. Building can not be made of fabric.
