- Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision and any items and services necessary to perform Food Service Attendant Services at the 914 AW Niagara Falls ARS, NY. Contractor tasks include, but are not limited to the following: food preparation, serving, replentishing food, cleaning facilities, cleaning and maintaining equipment and utensils, preparing vegetables and fruits for the salad bar, bussing tables in dining area, handling foods, supplies and equipment, maintaining quality control, ensuring operator maintenance and minor repair of food service equipment and in the event of contingency, perform all required tasks to include cooking to ensure continued service. The contract period is anticipated to be five years, including one base year and four (4) twelve month option years commencing in 01 October 2006. A performance-based firm fixed price (FFP) service contract is anticipated. Solicitation is 100% set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310 with a small business size standard of $19 million. Proposals shall be evaluated on both past performance and price, with past performance being significantly higher than price. Tentative issue date on or about 29 June 2006, with the RFP closing date approximately 30 days thereafter. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and also the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
