- This synopsis is for sole source engineering services applicable to the Link 16 sustainment in support of the Joint Tactical Information Distribution System (JTIDS). This effort can only be satisfied by the OEM. The expected time frame for this effort is one basic year and up to four one year option periods. The RFP will be issued to the OEM and the approximate response date is 07 July 2006. Written procedures will be used for this solicitation TO: Data Link Solutions (DLS), LLC 400 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498, (cage code: 081U3). Authority: 10USC 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies (or services) will satisfy agency requirements. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to this procurement are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. See Notes 22 and 26.
