- Requirement is for 13 each KI-17 Units, P/N 0N614700-2, and the corresponding 78 each CP Modules, P/N 0N652066-1. The KI-17 is a Type-1, NSA endorsed, multi-channel data encryption/decryption unit capable of working with multiple cryptologic algorithms. The KI-17 provides encryption/decryption for multiple Telemetry, Tracking, and Control (TT&C) or mission data streams. The government does not own or have access to complete data including data/drawings/schematics/parts lists. The government intends to obtain the subject items from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) due to the lack of procurement data.
