- Anesthesiologist services to be provided at VA's West Haven Campus located at 950 Campbell Avenue in West Haven, CT. Services will be provided on an as needed, per diem basis. Performance period will be from August 1, 2006 through July 31, 2007. Solicitation package will include two additional option year periods. NAICS code 621111 applies to this procurement. Solicitation shall be posted on or about June 14, 2006.
