- The Carl T. Hayden VAMC, Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking Positron Emission Tomography (PET) scanning and interpretation services in the Maricopa County and Gila County catchment areas for the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center, Phoenix, AZ 85012-1892, for a base period of October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007 with four option years ending September 30, 2011, per the performance requirements in the solicitation 644-0003-07. The North American Industry Classification System Number (NAICS) for the services is 621512 and the Business Size Standard is $11,500,000.00. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 15, 2006, with a due date of July 21, 2006, by 3:00PM US/Arizona MST.
