- Description
- The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute?s (NHLBI) Consolidated Operations Acquisition Centers (COAC) intends to purchase the services of a contractor with the ability to perform preventative maintenance and repair service for Datex-Ohmeda manufactured equipment. The maintenance service agreement period is twelve (12) months from the date of the award. The successful Contractor will provide preventive maintenance and repair for the following items of laboratory equipment: (1) Model 5250 RGM, five (5) units each, serial numbers: FARU00057, FARW00415, FARY01004, FARN00069, and FAW00347, to include four (4) inspection visits. (2) Model 7800 Ventilators, six (6) units each, serial numbers: CBAX00953, CATU00853, CBAX00694, CATW00402, CATT00777, and CATT00778, , to include four (4) inspection visits. (3) Model EXCEL, six (6) units each, serial numbers: AMDS00492, AMAU01191, AMAX01022, AMAW00507, AMAT01109, and AMAT01097, to include four (4) inspection visits. (4) Model AESTIVA 7900, three (3) units each, serial numbers: AMRG02719, AMRH03144, and AMRH031143, to include four (4) inspection visits. (5) Model M-CAIOV GAS MODULE, three (3) units each, serial numbers: 5010167, 5179821, 5010305, and 519805, to include two (2) inspections, PM labor and PM parts only. (6) Trace Gas Analysis, for nine (9) systems, to include two (2) inspection visits for each system. (7) Vaporizer Output Testing, for nine (9) systems, to include two (2) inspection visits for each system. Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 811219 and the standard size is $6.5 million. This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures. Interested vendors capable of furnishing the government with the service in this synopsis should submit a quotation to the below address. The quotation shall include the unit price, list price, prompt payment terms, the F.O.B. Point (Destination or Origin) Shipping cost, if applicable, business size, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNs), and descriptive literature of the service quoted. The Offeror must also register in the Government?s Registry System note: www.ccr.gov. The quotation must reference ?Solicitation number? NHLBI-PB-(HL)-2006-223-DDC. Quotations will be due fifteen (15) calendar days from the publication date of this synopsis or June 30, 2006, by 8:30 a.m. local time, whichever is later. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
