Description
This is a combined synopsis/soliciation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written soliciation will not be issued. The South Dakota Natural Resources Conservation Service is issuing a request for quotation in order to obtain a self-contained truck mounted soil sampling, coring and drilling machine. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circule 2005-09. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 333319 with a size standard of 500. The specifications should conform to the following: The probe should be self-powered with a 24 horsepower two cylinder engine equipped with a 12 volt starter and alternator.
