- Description
- The purpose of this modification to this notice is to remove NSNs 4330014392314 and 4330014392319 and to add NSN 4330013622178. This notice is to announce that the NSNs listed below will be solicited in the near future. This is not a Soliciation/Request for Proposal. The Soliciation/Request for Proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. The response date referenced above is estimated. Solicitation Issue date is on or about June 19, 2006, with the Response date on or around July 21, 2006. Note: Copies of this solicitation will be available via the World Wide Web. Purchase request number: IQC06143009008. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. Type of Contract: The United States Government (USG) will award firm fixed price contracts; issuance of multiple awards is anticipated as award will be made per NSN for the supplies covered. An Indefinite Quantity Contract (1 year basic with four 1-year option periods) is anticipated. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. It is currently projected that a mix of stock, direct vendor delivery (DVD) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) orders will be issued. Deliveries will be to various DLA customers and/or stocking locations. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and possibly other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
