- Description
- Noun: Various IES-47 Infrared Exhaust Suppressor spare parts. These parts include Support Strut, Support Strut Clevis, Quick Release Pin, Bushing-Strut Attaching, Washer-Lanyard Attaching, SFA (secondary flowpath assembly) Mount Fitting, and Airframe Mount Fittings. Fixed quantities from 1 each to 24 each will be required depending on the spare part. The Government does not own the specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are requested to identify themselves to the contracting officer who can provide additional information relative to this requirement. Part numbers include H47-060-121-(various), SL54325/ADP347-1, 21-026J15R, H47-060-121-171, H47-060-305-various, H47-060-102-various. Deliveries will be to Lexington, KY. The Government will not split award; the manufacturer must be able to manufacture every part identified above. Delivery will be proposed by the vendor; however, expedite delivery will be requested with some parts being delivered 30 days after receipt of contract. These are not commercial parts. Inspection and acceptance will be at the contractor's facility. Some parts may be subject to Unit Identification. Economic quantity breaks may be applicable. Pursuant to FAR 6.302, the intended source is Rolls Royce Corporation, 2001 S. Tibbs Ave, Indianapolis, IN. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Note 22 applies.
