- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is currently seeking potential sources for conference facilities within the Washington DC Area, and outside the Washington DC Area. The anticipated contract type is Multiple Award Indefinite-quantity/delivery, Firm Fixed Price task orders. The anticipated Period of Performance is August 2006 through 31 July 2007. The Government encourages the participation of Small Business concerns and welcomes their responses to this Sources Sought Announcement. The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency is seeking conference facilities within Washington DC metropolitan area. The location should be within reasonable driving distance from the Dulles Airport, or a Metro Station (two hours or less). The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency is also seeking conference facilities within two hours driving distance from Washington Metropolitan Area, but not within Washington Metropolitan Area. The facility must be ADA compliant for participants who are physically challenged. General meeting room(s) should accommodate varying attendant sizes with comfortable chairs and moveable tables that can be configured in clusters. Respond should identify available room sizes at their respective cost per unit. Additional capability of breakout room(s) to accommodate varying attendant sizes is considered a plus. The meeting room(s) must be accessible from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Facilities with a Secret classified certification is desired. Responses shall address the following: Fax, copying, and PC availabilities/capabilities, A/V equipment (AV table) with on-site technical support TV/VCR, LCD projector, Screen, Power Cords, Easel chart with paper and markers and pencils Podium with microphone in general meeting area Ability to post/tape easel charts on the walls and leave overnight, Attendant to address to details throughout the event Full service breakfast, lunch and dinner availability (either on site or nearby). If on site please provide price lists Guest Room accommodations with rates. Cancellation requirements Applicable deposits Method of payment Cut off date for reservations Describe any other elements not mentioned in this announcement that you consider advantageous to the Government?s objective. Provide point of contact name/telephone/email/mailing address Information provided shall include in a format that reflects the price per item such as room(s) including attendant, business facilities (fax, LCD projector, podium with microphone), and other elements separately priced, priced as a unit, and total contract price. All information received from this announcement will be compiled and used for planning purposes. NGA will evaluate responses in accordance with the criteria stated in this notice. The Sources are urged to describe their expertise/experience in sufficient detail to allow NGA to define subsequent RFP opportunities. This sources sought announcement does not constitute a Request For Proposals or an Invitation For Bids. It does not restrict the Government to any particular acquisition strategy or contracting approach. Responses to this sources sought announcement are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Schedule deadline for submission: 4:00 p.m. EST, 7 July 2006.
