- REQUIREMENT: The Government is seeking to lease approximately 8,998 BOMA/ANSI Rentable Square Feet yielding at least 7,824 BOMA/ANSI Office Area square feet of office and related space in a single building in Buffalo, New York. In addition the Government requires five (5) parking spaces within two blocks of the office space. LOCATION: All properties submitted to the Government must be located within the following area: Elmwood Avenue on the West, Washington Street on the East, Chippewa Street on the North and Church Street on the South. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years cancelable by the Government at any time after the 5th year. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE IN WRITING NO LATER THAN 6/30/06 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1. Building name & address 2. Contact information and e-mail address of lessors representative 3. BOMA rentable & office area SF available (with common area factor) 4. Asking rental rate range per RSF (based on GSA warm lit shell and tenant improvement allowance of $44.05 per USF) 5. If the building is currently under construction, please indicate the anticipated completion date.
