Description

REQUIREMENT: The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 500,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of warehouse type space with an available secured wareyard area of approximately 70 acres for use of storage and parking in and around Cumberland Maryland. Interested parties are advised that this requirement reflects a continuing need for space that is currently under lease contract. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years firm term. DELINEATED AREA: Allegany County, MD. WRITTEN EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Building Name and Address, Rentable and Usable square footage, rental rate and Building Footprint/Floorplans. SUBMIT BY COB June 24, 2006, Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of space. This is not a solicitation for offers nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this ad.
