- NAICS 541310 This is a SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis. Responses must be received by the General Services Administration (GSA), Acquisition Service Division (7PMA), 819 Taylor St., Rm. 12B01, Fort Worth, TX 76102, (817) 978-2577 (fax), no later than 3:00 p.m. CST, June 21, 2006. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THE RESPONSES TO THIS SYNOPSIS. Only small businesses shall respond. The small business size standard for NAICS 541310 is $4,500,000 average annual gross revenue. An upcoming procurement for a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for A/E Roofing and Waterproofing Services for a period of one year with four 1-year options is being contemplated. The primary area for work will be the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico and Louisiana. The purpose of the contract is to primarily perform roof inspections, building fa?ade inspections, obtain and analyze roof and mortar samples, perform roof infrared scans, create roof repair/replacement construction documents, fa?ade repair/restoration construction documents, create construction cost estimates, perform construction management services, and perform construction inspection services. Contractor must be licensed to perform work in each of the five states listed above. The maximum ordering limitation shall not exceed $500,000 in any one-year contract period. The guaranteed minimum is $500.00 per one-year contract period. The upcoming negotiated procurement will be accomplished in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 36.6. Offerors will not be reimbursed for expenses related to responding to this sources sought synopsis. The firm must also demonstrate their capability to perform these services by including a copy of SF Form 330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications. The response shall also include the firm?s business size and socio-economic group(s), i.e. Service Disabled Veteran Owned, HUBZone, 8(a), etc., if any. Email responses are acceptable.
