- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston intends to issue a sole source modification to contract N64236-03-D-3827 with ARINC Engineering Services, LLC, Annapolis, MD, for engineering design, technical, and computer support services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The proposed ceiling increase of approximately $8.3 million will provide sufficient contract ceiling for award of a competitive, follow-on contract (N65236-06-R-0750).
