- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for technical and analytical support services in a wide range of C4ISR mission areas to include but not limited to Program Management, Subject Matter Expert (SME) support, Engineering Services, Software Development, Systems Integration and Evaluation, Architectural Design and Development, Modeling and Experimentation, Data/Metrics Collection Evaluation and Analysis, Sea Trial coordination, Logistics Support, Training and Human Capital Management. Work to be performed under this contract requires staff and direct workforce with active Secret clearances. Primary location for contract performance is anticipated to be Norfolk, VA. A Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery, Performance Based type contract for a base period of one year with four (1) one-year options is anticipated. The applicable NAICS code for this effort will be 541330, with a size standard of $25M. The planned procurement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Vendors must watch for the solicitation and any amendments to be posted on FEDBIZOPS and the SPAWAR E-COMMERCE webpage: https://e- commerce.spawar.navy.mil.
