Description
Fleet Readiness/Tactical Training Analysis and Program Management Support Services for the Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii SYNOPSIS The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Regional Contracting Department, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii has a requirement for Fleet Readiness/Tactical Training Analysis and Program Management Support Services for the Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Work involves program management support services for various Pacific Fleet and Joint Command instrumentation programs. These programs are designed to support training requirements necessary to ensure operational readiness of Pacific Fleet units. The anticipated period of performance of the resulting contract is 01 October 2006 to 31 September 2007, with three priced one-year option periods. Place of performance is U.S. Pacific Fleet Headquarters in the Makalapa Complex of Naval Station, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 541618 and the small business size standard is $6.5M. The resulting award is anticipated to be a firm fixed price contract. A! single award will be made to the offeror providing the lowest cost, technically acceptable offer to the Government. The prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The solicitation documents will be posted on the NECO website, http://www.neco.navy.mil and the Federal Business Opportunities website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 21 June 2006. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Technical Acceptability and (2) Lowest Price. The Government reserves the right to make an award determination without discussion with the offeror.
