Market Research is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 10 and 12 to determine if commercial items are available to meet the Government's needs for Janitoiral Services at various Naval Facilities located in California. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561720, small business size standard is $15 million annual receipts. Estimated total value is $10 million per year or $100 million over 10 years. Period of Performance includes base year, 4 option years, and 5 award option years. Proposed contract type is FFP/IDIQ. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) AND A CONTRACT AWARD WILL NOT BE MADE FROM THIS QUESTIONNAIRE. WE ARE REQUESTING ASSISTANCE FROM THE COMMERCIAL INDUSTRY IN THE PROEPARATION OF A JANITORIAL SERVICE CONTRACT VEHICLE. YOUR ANSWERS TO THE ATTACHED QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE USED TO TAILOR THE PROPOSED SOLICITATION DESCRIBED HEREIN.
