- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Seyer Industries, Inc (Cage Code 1TY06) for the effort required for the retrofit and delivery of the Blade Fold Rack (BFR), Part number 62HD-100001-101, NSN 4920-01-498-4630, quantity of eighteen (18), to incorporate design changes made after manufacture, but prior to configuration acceptance. NAWCADLKE intends to procure this retrofit under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
