- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis with the Boeing Company, to issue a delivery order for the following tasks: 1. Modify the existing graphical user interface (GUI) software to allow for a seamless automated data flow between Optimized Intermediate Maintenance Activity (OIMA) Naval Aviation Logistics Computer Maintenance Information System (NALCOMIS), a Navy product known as Operational Management System (OMS) and Consolidated Automated Support System Automated Test Equipment (CASS ATE) and re-integrate software to a new Navy network. 2. Support the stand-up and re-integration of the GUI with Smart Test Program Set (TPS) and provide site support for the Smart TPS demonstration at AIMD Lemoore. 3. Update and integrate the Boeing developed data reasoner. 4. Develop new Smart TPS modules. The Government intends to procure under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Boeing is the only known source with the technical resources necessary to perform the effort; the Government does not possess technical data to allow for a full and open competition. All responses must be received within 15 days of this notice. A determination whether to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
