Description

The Naval Air Systems Command, Air Combat Electronics Program Office (PMA 209) intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Honeywell International, Inc., Defense and Space Electronic Systems for the procurement of an RVM/VIM module, an IPM/UNI module and HUD mezzanine. The period of performance for this contract will be one year with early deliveries acceptable. These Shop Replaceable Assemblies are an essential troubleshooting tool for the Advanced Mission Computer (AMC) display processing module production line. Honeywell is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the display processing modules and retain all proprietary hardware and software rights. This Sole Source award to Honeywell will be made under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
