SILL ARMY TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM INDUSTRY DAY: The Tulsa District, Corps of Engineers is conducting an Industry Forum on future Request(s) for Proposal(s) that will be issued in support of the $450 million relocation of the Army Air Defense Artillery ( ADA) School and ADA Brigade to Fort Sill, Oklahoma as a result of the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) process. All interested prospective offerors, subcontractors, and small business firms are encouraged to attend. The Industry Forum will begin at 1: 00 p.m. July 11, 2006 and will conclude at 4:00 p.m. July 12, 2006. The Industry Forum will be located at the Great Plains Technology Center, Worley Seminar Center, Building 300, 4500 Lee Blvd., Lawton, Oklahoma. Items to be discussed include the Constru ction Program as a result of BRAC and Modularity / Transformation at Ft. Sill. This Construction Program will consist of new classrooms, instructional buildings, maintenance and storage facilities, dining facility, simulator facilities, barracks, administ rative facilities, along with renovation of various buildings for the net fires center level activities. Supporting facilities include electric service, storm drainage systems, sanitary sewage systems, roads, paving, walks, curbs and gutters, parking, oil -water separators, security fencing and gates, information systems, exterior and security lighting, fire protection and alarm systems, and site improvements. There will also be a Small Business Forum Focusing on Prime and Subcontracting Opportunities. Th e Small Business Forum to be held in conjunction with the Industry Forum will be for the purpose of providing networking opportunities and to encourage and enhance small business participation.
