Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the I nternet after solicitation issuance on or about 28 June 2006. It is the Offerors responsibility to check the Internet address provided as necessary for any posted amendments to this solicitation. No other forms of media will be provided. Technical inqu iries are to be submitted via Bidder Inquiry in ProjNet at www.projnet.org\projnet. Description of work: Construct a 6,600 SM (70,950 SF) covered baffled live fire range facility. Proposed construction includes grading and site utilities. Project may include Optional Bid Items. The project will be solicited and evaluated using a Performance Price Trade-Off Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.101-1. Offerors are required to submit a price and tech nical proposal. Each proposal shall contain the Offerors best technical proposal and best price. Price will not be scored, but will be a factor in establishing the competitive range prior to discussions (if held) and in making the final best value deter mination for award. The anticipated cost range is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Network Analysis will be required. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted with a HUBZONE Price Evaluation Preference.
