- THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. The work to be performed is the construction of a new rigid frame office building which includes an office area and porches on a soil supported concrete slab located adjacent to the Port Allen Lock in Port Allen, LA, in accordance with the specifications and accompanying plans. The scope also includes the required electrical, mechanical, elevator, and HVAC work. ESTIMATED DATE IFB will be issued is 6-30-06. ESTIMATED BID OPENING DATE will be 7-31-06. ACTUAL da tes will be shown when the solicitation is issued.
