Description: Provide all equipment, labor, transportation and materials necessary to paint structures located in the Public Use Areas of the Truman Project. The paint shall be applied by brush only. Most facilities will require scraping to provide a smooth surfa ce prior to painting. Any new wood shall receive a minimum of two full coats of paint. All other areas shall receive one (1) coat applied thick enough to provide an even full-coverage coat of paint. This solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote, which will result in the award of a single, Best Value, firm fixed price (FFP) construction contract.
