Description

The U.S. Army C-E-LCMC is planning to issue a Request for Proposal(RFP) and to award a Five Year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price contract for procurement of items for the Mil-STD Main Alternator and Generator component s, the following are the spare parts that will be procured: NSN: 6115-00-758-9239, 3kw 60 Hz housing Assembly, Generator, NSN: 2920-00-981-4936, Starter, Engine, NSN: 6115-01-048-0458, 5kw, Frame Assembly, Generator, NSN: 6115-01-050-5485, 10kw, Generator Assembly, NSN: 6115-01-051-0473, Rotor Assembly, NSN: 6115-00-363-3930, 15kw Generator, AC, 6115-00-370-2741, 15kw, Stator, NSN: 6115-00-368-8200, 30 kw Generator, AC, NSN: 6115-00-433-6726, 30 kw Generator, AC, 400Hz, NSN: 5945-01-253-0357, 60 kw, Relay A ssembly, NSN: 5998-00-199-1377, 100 kw, Relay Assembly. These parts are to be fabricated IAW Government design detail drawings that will be provided. In addition to manufacture, testing will be required on the dividual components, per component drawings and the Statement of Work (SOW). No Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) will be provided for fabrication or testing of the parts; a suitable substitute for the GFE must be obtained at the contractors expense. Packaging and packing shall be IAW with the contractor's best commercial packaging, ASTM-D 3951-98. Bar code Markings are required IAW AIM BC1 USSC 39 and MIL-STD-129N.
