- ARL-L16 SITE VISIT Offerors/Bidders are urged to attend a site visit on Jun 21, 2006 at Building 207, 10 AM 12 PM to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of performance. While attendance is not mandatory, it is strongly en couraged. If interested in attending, contact Joshua D.T. Houck at jhouch@arl.army.mil and send a copy to nbillups@arl.army.mil not later than Jun 19, 2006 at 12 noon. ONLY ONE SITE VISIT WILL BE OFFERED. The criteria for Army Research Laboratory Visitation for this event only are: 1.The visitor must be a US citizen. 2.The form below must be completed for all individuals to receive post access. 3.All visitors will also need to have a picture ID to receive a visitors badge. Note: All contract related questions must be e-mailed to the solicitation point of contact Nathaniel S. Billups, nbillups@arl.army.mil.
