- SYNOPSIS SYNOPSIS W74V8H-06-R-0049: HOUSING FACILITIES SUPPORT SERVICES. The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (ACSIM) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Housing Facilities Support Services. ACSIM requires the services of a contractor to provide high quality and responsive technical assistance in carrying out projects and taskings in direct support of the Armys Family Housing Programs development of an installation-level p lan to respond to the growing need for quality affordable housing for military personnel. The proposed period of performance will be a one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods. A Single Award, Time and Materials type contract is contemp lated. This proposed Request for Proposal will be Full and Open. There are no restrictions on who may submit proposals. The NAICS code is 541611, Small Business Size Standard of $6.5 Million. It is anticipated that solicitation number W74V8H-06-R-0049 w ill be issued on or about 14 July 2006, and will be available via the Federal Business Opportunities webpage at http://www.fbo.gov & CCE webpage http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/rfp1.asp. The exact closing date and time of the solicitation will be i dentified in the solicitation package. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to review the webpage frequently for any updates/ amendments & in the case of the RFP being issued prior to 14 July 2006. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial a nd Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. This will be an electronic solicitation release. No hard copies will be mailed. This synopsis is for information purposes only and i s not to be construed as a commitment by the Government.
