- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, APG Directorate of Contracting, intends to issue a solicitation for a three-year multiple award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract for Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for the U .S. Army Environmental Center (USAEC). Services shall include, but not be limited to, strategic planning, review and analysis, environmental planning, project tracking, documentation, conference/meeting support, statutory and regulatory support, cost and schedule support, training support, technical and scientific support, quality assurance/quality control support, data and analysis support, and reporting systems data and analysis support. This requirement will support all programs with disciplines consis tent with USAECs roles and responsibilities, to include but not be limited to, Sustainability (including environmental management systems), Cleanup (Installation Restoration Program, Military Munitions Response Program, and Compliance Cleanup), Complianc e (e.g., air, water, waste, etc.), Pollution Prevention, Conservation (e.g., natural resources, cultural resources, pest management, etc.), Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) activities, and Operational Range and Training Land Support. The Government ant icipates award of up to six contracts on a competitive basis, with three of those awards set-aside for small business participation.
