- This notice for commercial service is posted as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for reference number FA4613-06-Q-0017. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a) (13), exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. Additional information pertaining to this RFQ is currently available and can be accessed by clicking on link located above, entitled ?FA4613-06-Q-0017?. The proposed contract listed is set aside for small business, and applies to Northern American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 335931, size standard = 500 employees. Description of Requirement: FE Warren requires one (1) P1 Connector (Color: 85 Gray), Boeing Part Number BACC45HN28A31P (or equal). Offeror must state in quotation that part is either Boeing Part Number BACC45HN28A31P or a fully compatible substitute. If offering a substitute, offeror must include part specifications/drawings with offer so that technical experts may verify that the part is fully compatible. Offeror must conform to all requirements listed in the attached solicitation. All offerors *must* be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Quotes will be evaluated for price and compatibility with stated specifications. Quotes shall include the completed provision at FAR 52.212-3 (dated May 2004), Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.
