- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for the Air Force Security Assistance Center located at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The nature of the work will be to replace an existing telephone system by installing a PBX telephone system and perform on-site maintenance on that system for a period of three (3) years. This system will be fully programmable and expandable, initially consisting of five (5) telephone units on four (4) communication lines. The work required consists of a site visit/survey, design, planning, installation, system set-up, testing, cut-over, controller (customer) training, and complete documentation of all hardware and software components for the proposed system. Proposals should include a three (3) year on-site maintenance agreement beginning at system acceptance/cut-over. Additional details can be found in Request for Proposal (RFP) FA863006-R-6314 and the statement of work (SOW) therein. This is a Commercial Solicitation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR Part 13. The NAICS code is 517910.
