- This procurement is to furnish all labor, materials, transportation, appliances and equipment required or necessary to service and maintain 2 passenger elevators by providing scheduled preventive maintenance inspections for each passenger elevator IAW Statement of Work. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated, a base year with 4 option years. This action will be a 100% small business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 with a small business size standard of $6,5000.000.00. The solicitation is attached. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/ amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
