Description

Offutt AFB, Project SGBP 98-0053, Repair PAR B570 The scope of this project is to install lightning protection for the Precision Approach Radar (PAR) site and the 3-0 end-reflector tower, modify the contour/grade in the area of the PAR to provide adequate water runoff and prevent ponding, and the installation of a terminal heat pump unit and required electrical in a small CMU building at the site. The location of the project is Offutt AFB, NE. The estimated performance period is 120 calendar days. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under the solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the closing date. All solicitation documents and amendments will be available in electronic format. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, that the lack of registration in the CCR will make a bidder ineligible for award. Drawings and Specifications will be posted electronically and in conjunction with the solicitation. Project Magnitude: $100,000.00 to $250,000.00; NAICS Code 238210; and the SBA Size Standard is $13.0M. The estimated release date of the solicitation is 20 Jun 2006. A site visit will be conducted approximately two (2) weeks after the solicitation issue date. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO MONITOR THIS SITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. THIS PROCUREMENT HAS BEEN SET ASIDE COMPETITIVE HUB-ZONE.
